Cheap Tickets actually turns out to be the most expensive. I was trying to find airfares to Hawaii 2 years ago. When I checked on Cheaptickets.com,Travelocity.com I got $600 a person but when I called the first agent in my travel section I got the fare for $400 a person. On my last trip to NYC AA was $286.50 Cheapseats was $330.50.

I always book directly through the airline as I can get my seat preference,ff# and upgrades all in one call. Booking online is easy.

So just because the name cheap is in the company name does not mean you will get the cheapest price. Some gullible people just book the ticket without shopping. They think what the heck Hawaii for $600 well if you pay $400 for 4 people you are saving $800 dollars in total with the price difference.

I'm looking to book a Biz class fare EWR-KRK-CT comes up with the least expensive fare ($1700) on LOT. My question is: will I be able to accrue UA miles, since they are now part of the StarAlliance, and more importantly will they be EQM???
