Has anyone used vipfares.com? I found great fares on this site, but there's no phone number to call and no BBB seal of approval. The airline I want to use (northwest) HAS verified that vipfares is authorized to sell their tickets, but I'm still uneasy.

Any advice?

I find the about us section a bit sparse for my tastes (and for instilling confidence).

How much better are the fares you're seeing at VIPfares.com than on NWA.com, Orbitz, Expedia, et al?

Thanks for your comments. I called that number a few days ago. They can't answer any meaningful questions--the woman with whom I spoke said she could only check on itineraries of people who had already purchased tickets online.

Their price for the tickets I want (in April--big spring break travel time) were about 1/3 less than nearly any other site I could find. Northwest did verify that the vipfares is authorized to sell their tickets, but they couldn't provide any other information.
