New Cheapoair Fee
FYI - As of February 20, 2017, Cheapoair has done away with their 4 hour cancelation window.
Now they have the standard 24 hour cancelation window with a $50 or $75 fee if you need to cancel within that period.
I would suggest avoiding Cheapoair; especially if you are not 100% sure you will be able to travel or are booking speculatively.
