Out of curiosity, why would you want to fly from NYC to Israel via Helsinki?

I suppose I should have been clearer. I was pricing this out as one ticket, one flight (multi-city) on ITA and am seeing it for under $1200 total. I cannot find it as one ticket on its own for anywhere near that price:

Did you check that it worked, or are you just spamming a site you're connected to?
I did just check, and it comes in $17 more than Expedia. Why would anybody book with a no-name site like smartfares when they can book with a well-known industry name? In particular, why would they pay MORE to do it?
Particularly one with absurd terms in the T&Cs (buyers must promise not to do a chargeback, and agree to pay a $250 fee if they do) and no physical address listed, it certainly looks like smartfares.com is, at best, a dubious place to buy a plane ticket, and potentially an outright scam. I'd definitely avoid them.

Checked expertflyer, and it looks like it's the O bucket on the way back that's that issue, doesn't show that bucket as even existing on that flight. At least 4 seats in the R bucket for JFK-TLV.
