Location: In the process of moving from Dubai back to Tokyo because I didn't like it there. Working in Melaka, Malaysia now.
Programs: No longer loyal to any airline.

No Live Cust Serice for Agoda
I am so annoyed! Every time I call cust service, the call goes to voice mail. Is this standard procedure for them? I dialed 212 444 0600.

You know what?
I made a mistake.
I was entering the wrong booking # and that's why my call was diverted to voice mail. As soon as I entered the correct booking #, my called was routed to a live agent!
