The inaugural QR DOH-ATL flight on June 1st will be flown with an A-380. After that, no F on that route, however.

BA announces it will serve LHR-SCL with a 789 from January 2017. It'll have F.
The sector length is about 14 hours.
This will be numbered BA 250 (SCL-LHR) and BA 251 (LHR-SCL).
There is bucket loads of reward availability, although as the flights are still being loaded, it may take a few hours to appear on the systems.

Shouldn't QR 788 388 DOH-SYD and DOH-CAN be on the list?
DOH-SYD is only from sep 15 and currently seasonal (W) if I understand it correctly.

I built on Kiwi Flyer's post 2 and made a Wiki from it, so that we can update as we go.
I updated a few things, like combining LA/JJ into LATAM (still no F) and, under BA, finally moving ATL from LGW to LHR

I believe that there's no more QR F service to/from BKK. It's currently running 4×77W daily with J and Y only (interestingly, 2 of the flights leave DOH simultaneously). Rumor is that F service on the 388 will resume shortly after the first of the year.

I cleaned up the BA section, removing some fifth freedom flights that no longer operate:
Between Abu Dhabi and
Muscat
Between Bahrain and
Doha
Between Bridgetown and
Port of Spain
Tobago
LHR-MCT and LHR-DOH are now nonstops with F.
LGW-BGI still has F but no longer has any tag flights beyond it.
POS is now a tag on UVF and still has F.
TAB is now a tag on ANU and no longer has F.
