MAD to SCL, Iberia or LAN ?

Flights on IB and LAN leave Madrid at midnight. Which is the 'better' airline in biz class for this flight? I'm more concerned about the seat and sleep since I will have spent some time in the MAD VIP lounge before hand. Although if nearly equal, the breakfast before arriving in SCL may be the deciding factor.

I personally like both airlines in J - but would probably go for LAN.

IB: unless you are Sapphire or higher you need to pay for a seat or it will be assigned to you randomly (even at check-in). LAN will allow you to select a seat at least at check-in.

So if you are not at least Sapphie I would choose LA.

In J I'd go for IB - assuming it is not a 343.
