Can I get a refund on a partially used DONE4?
Dear All,
I bought a DONE4 in July and flew JNB-LHR-CDG-VIE-JTR-LCY-JFK-DFW-SYD-MEL. I booked MEL-SYD-JNB to finish the itinerary. It was booked through Qantas.
However, I no longer need to fly to South Africa as my family are coming to Aus for Christmas. Is there any chance I can get refunded on the unused MEL-SYD-JNB?

Refunds are allowed, but are likely to be very small

Note: the "fee specified in (1) above" is 10% of the ticketed fare for economy class, and 5% for first or business
