stopovers and connecting more times through the same city
Can someone clarify for me the rules for the Oneworld explorer rtw ticket for stopovers and connections through cities.
How many stopovers are permitted through the same city?
How many connecions are permitted through that same city?
For instance : when I make a stopover in Sydney. Do a overland segment. After that segment must pass through Sydney for a flight to the Pacific and after that must past through Sydney again for a intercontinental flight.
Is this allowed ? And how many times is it allowed?
I can not find this information in the rulesheet.

You cannot travel via your point of origin.
"(i) The same city pairs/sectors cannot be flown more than once in the same direction."
"Additionally, only one flight to Anchorage (ANC) and one flight from Anchorage (ANC) permitted."
Otherwise you can connect through, or stopover in, a city as many times as you want provided you are not violating another rule (transcons within US, transcons within AUS, segment limits, stopover limits, etc.).

Welcome to FT bernard8
And kudos for reading the rule sheet before posting your question
The reason you cannot find the information is that there is no general restriction on the number of stopovers and transfers through a city; though there are specific restrictions as jerry.a.laska has pointed out.
So, for example, the following would be allowed
...HKG-DFW-ANC-DFW-JFK-DFW-PTY-DFW-(Sth America)-xDFW-LHR...
For a total of five times through DFW with the last one, in the example, being a transit without stopover, meaning 24hrs or less
(See rules 4(h) and 4(e)1)

Just in case, you may get some old info by search engine.
This rule was introduced several years ago.
So, some old routing example/suggestion includes following route.
-CityA-CityB-CityA-CityB-CityA-
My old mileage run includes
-HKG-NRT-HKG-NRT-HKG-NRT-HKG-
Maybe you noticed, an old rule permitted extra segments with additonal costs.
