Can I use a CX code share on Dragonair in a RTW?

I'd like to fly HKG-PEK-HKG in F as part of a RTW ONE4. Although CX have one flight a day showing F, Dragonair has more. Can I include a Dragonair flight with a CX flight number on a RTW?

Yes

Travel on KA (Dragon Air) is allowed. No need to book the CX Codeshare - though you can if you want to

KA is fully integrated into OW just like US. In most cases CX F is better than KA F (usually similar to CX J) though.

oneworld don't do a great job of making this clear, but in addition to the main members there are a number of affiliate members (a category which includes Dragonair), any of which can be included (as well as Jetstar if booked as a QF codeshare )
