CX vs QR for burning miles?

Which is better for burning miles on OW? Which has cheaper YQ? availability? Will be using for J.

I think they both have the same YQ: $0. In my experience, the J product is about comperable. They're both excellent.

YQ has as much, or more, to do with who issued the points/miles as which partner airline you fly. What airline issued the miles you are you wishing to burn?
