There's no such non-stop. With a stop in LAX, yes. But if you start allowing connections, then for instance PER-DFW would be longer (10,000+ miles).

The longest non-stop flight is SYD-DFW, but certainly not the cheapest.

OP is asking an essentially impossible question, by stipulating two competing criteria without specifying a way to combine them - is it cents/mile, or what?

From where? exCAI or exCMN flights to the US are fairly cheap on QR. I did CAI-DOH-PHL-DFW-SAN for under $1,400 in F and J. That is 10,548 miles.

A 16-flight DONE4 bought in South Africa for US$6500 all in will result in a per-segment cost of $406, or around $.05 per mile for SYD-DFW or HKG-DFW.

Not a non-stop I agree, but the OP didn't stipulate non-stop

Agreed, quite so. The question is pretty ambiguous - does "flight" mean non-stop/direct/journey including connections?

When? How? Which segments were in F? Sounds like potential MR material. Still available?

May 5. Airplane. F,J,F,F. Did it as EQP run. Yes.

The exCAI fares have been around for a long time (prior to QR joining OW). Most of the west coast US locations are the same price or you can go further for slightly better EQP. Roundtrips bring the cent/point down as they are only about $1,000 more than the oneway. Booking to anywhere besides a QR destination requires a TA as QR.com and other OTAs crap out. Use ITA and contact a TA, I booked via FT member Sykes.

Cheapest business class to North America would probably be from somewhere like Panama or El Salvador, but I suspect that isn't what the OP meant....

No, one way. Pretty much any date. Use CX's website with a +/- 3 day search.
