Using cheaptickets.com for hotels in NZ
I used cheaptickets.com for an Ibis stay and when I checked in they had not received pre payment nor any confirmation that I had pre-paid when I booked a month earlier. Is this common with cheaptickets? Bit nervous about my next stay now....

Doesn't make for good reading does it...ironically I learnt of the site on here in the hotel codes thread. Was all sorted on checkout and other hotel was up eventful, to my relief.
