Evisitor Problem

Evisitor Problem
I have a problem,
my flight departs 13.02 (Monday) 9:55 PM from London to Sydney.
I applied to evisitor on Friday (11.02), but only response i got was "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF VALID APPLICATION FOR AN EVISITOR" and nothing more...
any suggestions whom i can contact to speed it up? any phone numbers where i can call? how to find out what causes delay?
