As a MSP-based plat, I just received 5K within the last hour or two in my NW account, linked to DL. My SO, a MSP-based gold with linked accounts, hasn't received a thing.

I guess there is still hope, but at this point ZERO. I really could use the 10K this year too. I had been plat for 3 or 4 years, then had to do a mileage run to get silver this year. Then NW gave me Gold with only about 27,000 EQM, so I can't complain too much. But I really could use the 10K this year.

I wonder if there is math involved in their deciding who gets what.
I, for example am sitting at 32k eqm on nw. Do I stand a better chance of getting "boosted" to within shot of 50k for gold; than someone sitting at 48k...?
I think its unfair that the DL folks are all getting something while the suffering refugees in all this (the nw ff'ers) get zip.
5 K just posted in my NW account, none in DL
MSP
PE for 4 years
@ 66K EQMs when posted, no DL flights this year
VIsa Sig and Amex Reserve
It will put me at 91K when merged
I am truly getting weary of not being included in targeted promotions or giveaways like this one. I so far have requalified for Gold next year with BIS activity and have receive bubkiss in promotions or giveaways this year. I feel so valued.

Comparing the posts here and over in the DL forum - along with some anecdotal evidence from coworkers - there is absolutely a link between location/home city and the award, at least when they differentiated between 5K and 10K distribution.
I wonder if 4th tier might take location into account...? I haven't any idea why or how, but seems like an interesting concept to drive the anti-competitor behavior they want...

Isn't JFK considered a Hub though ergo NYC shouldn't fit in should it?

Maybe it's an exception, just based on the number of airports and inherent competition. I haven't seen any LAX-area members chime in, so they might be another data point.
