About 10 minutes ago I got the email from Delta saying I received a gift of 5K miles; I looked up my account and there it was; which was nice as it just put me over 50k for Gold! Interesting how some are getting 10K and some 5K.
Don't think so. I have flown a bunch of M/Y/P fares and nothing for me. I am at over 150K EQM at this point though so they may have excluded me just because I have too many as it is.
Well ..... I guess my idea for a "jump to conclusions mat" that I pitched to NW-DL did not go over so well. I got the rock.
Yep, who know what the criteria was for this promotion. I just passed 110K EQM and did not receive a bonus. Guess they figured I didn't need one at this point of the year. I'm curious what level DL will designate as the new tier above Platinum next year, so I'm aiming for another 40K this year to make sure I have all the possible bases covered at 150K EQM.
Another thought - maybe the bonus only goes to people who are doing less travel this year than last year. (The email does say 'requalify'.) I have not received anything, but have flown more this year than last year.

It will make a difference when the two accounts are combined to determine status for next year.
My accounts are linked, and I received 10,000 miles in both accounts. Most of my miles are banked in NW since pltm gives me a better chance of an UG. I bank the miles to DL when it is a paid A - F fare or the flight is an RJ. I am only slr with DL.
