Nothing for me either. I did get the 10k round trip redeemables mail earlier though...
One random thought as long as we're grasping for correlations here - did this push anyone who got the 10K EQM to a different tier? I'm sitting at 44,000 EQM for the year so it would have taken me from Silver to Gold - wonder if they excluded folks for whom the gift would have resulted in new privileges?
Edit: Oops, just saw SirJman's post about an account that got bumped from Silver to Gold, so there goes that theory.
Not a huge deal - I'll make Gold anyway as soon as they credit my miles from an involuntary reroute (was supposed to fly YVR-MSP-NRT and got rebooked on JAL instead), but this would have brought Platinum within reach for 2009.

Nothing here. Then again, I made Plat late last year, took one MR this year to get over a threshhold, burned all my miles (had it down to <1000 RDMs), and haven't flown revenue since. Maybe NW sees the writing on the wall.

I wonder why I got lucky with the "EQM Thank You Giveaway" of 10K miles. I'm based in MI and have been flying a lot, including several M fares. I wasn't eligible for the 5k/10K bonus miles, which I would have preferred, but I can't complain. Could it be based on M/B/Y fares purchased? Funny they use the term "Giveaway".

Don't think so. I have flown a bunch of M/Y/P fares and nothing for me. I am at over 150K EQM at this point though so they may have excluded me just because I have too many as it is.
