Wow - quite the issues with nwa.com lately. Now I can't even get a flight search done:
"We're sorry, there was a problem processing this search request. (Message 106)"
I'm on the horn - any insight on why? I haven't had any problems - except for the last couple of weeks..
Why these problems? DL-management in a rush to push DL's three-tier award pricing SkyMiles devaluation vehicle and perhaps -- sooner or later -- even DL's dysfunctional award calendar system onto WorldPerks members? Certainly.
I would not be shocked to discover that DL's 3-tier award pricing SkyMiles devaluation vehicle is also why the decision was made to use DL/delta.com backbone instead of NW/nwa.com backbone ... despite earlier public claims that NW/nwa.com IT infastructure would be the primary back end (or something like that).
