Have you signed a stone at DTW?
I noticed the scribbled stones at DTW a year or two ago in the A Terminal fake tree planters. Never carry a felt-tipped marker though. The "end" being nearer and feeling sentimental, last month, I took a blank* rock with me to BUF, borrowed a Sharpie from the hotel and placed it back at DTW the next day.
If you are in A Terminal, between the A - B/C connector and the coffee place near Gate 40, look for my rock.
* Find blank stones in the planters under the overhead monitors at the T-intersection.

Not my own personal rock per-se, but I've helped out on a few group efforts after meetings for a non-profit in DTW. As a matter of fact, I found one of ours in your picture--the one that says CISV 08. It's a small world (of rocks)!
And here I thought someone had created a huge gravemarker / gravestone for NWA and palced it at DTW for everyone to sign.....
Funny you should say that because when I was writing my stone I couldn't think of just what to write at first...and then it occured to me that I should thank NWA while it is still labeled NWA....
So for me my stone WAS almost like a gravemarker for the old NWA before it is totally altered/changed/(ruined?)...
