Copenhagen/Amsterdam

Hi!

I wish I could cross-post this in the Europe section...

I have about 5 full days in Europe at the end of June before I fly to Cannes for some relaxation. I have my eyes set on both Copenhagen and Amsterdam, neither of which I've been to.

Which city do you recommend spending 3 days in versus 2? I am a frantic tourist and get the most out of my days. Or am I crazy and should just spend 5 days in one of those places? If so, which one? Any tips would be wonderful!

3 days in Amsterdam, 2 in Copenhagen.
Unless you want to use a day in Sweden while you are in Copenhagen.
About half hour train trip across the bridge to Malmö, about quarter hour more to Lund.
You can easily visit both cities in one day.

If of interest, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) often have cheap single tickets between Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

Thanks for the tips! Most likely taking SAS from Copenhagen to Nice.

I think I'll hold off on Sweden and do a larger Scandinavian trip.
