Agency for legalization in Copenhagen?

Agency for legalization in Copenhagen?
Are there any agencies in copenhagen which can legalize a document at the chinese embassy? Can't go there in person. I found just one agency but they want 900DKK for one document just for their service fees + fees of the embassy, thats to much for me.
