This was an attempt at humor based on the automated translation from German using words that suggest an elephant with its trunk and its wrinkled skin, and "jumbo" meaning both (today) a very large airplane and (originally) an elephant. Sorry if it was a bit obscure. (The word that Babelfish rendered into English as "trunk" should be "fuselage.")

This happens if you don't have enough time to translate on your own or cross check the translation output since I did not know some technical expressions and had to bring a 5 year old to bed. Good to see that you enjoyed it.
