I know the 11% off vouchers for tourists, but recently I heard, that there might be other discount vouchers that can be combined with those tourist vouchers, does anybody know where and how to get those?
Macy's just ran a promo where they would give you a 15% off coupon if you purchased a gift card of any denomination. The coupon was good for an entire day of shopping. I am not sure if it was a promo just for Fathers Day. (Frankly, when I bought my gift cards I had to ask for the coupon and it took several employees to find one.)
If that is still in effect, you could buy a gift card, get the coupon, and then use the card for your own purchases. I am not certain if it would combine with the 11% discount as well.

They also publish coupons in the local papers on occasion. They mail coupons from time to time to Macy's cardholders. They often have extra discounts on sale items if you use a Macy's charge card. And if you open a Macy's charge, you get a discount on all purchases made that day.
I haven't seen any of the 11% off coupons dated for past March 2008. The old Bon Marche stores (Bon macy's before just before rebranding as Macy's) has never given those away so I haven't been able to check if there are any new ones.
The Macys's website seems to imply they're still available.

at herald square it's on floor 1.5. when you enter there will be stairs. one side is starbucks and the other side is some store. go to the store side, walk throught he sock area and then a corrider. it seems like you're not supposed to be there but it's ok. and there's an office that says customer servie or something.

Anything right now?
P.S.: My aunt has a Macy's card and so some discount cards, will I be able to combine the tourist 11% voucher (only for tourists) with one of those cards (only for citizens)?
Macy's has a new series of discount cards but they may be for non-U.S. shoppers only (says something about "international" on them. Available at the usual place. Good for 10% (with exceptions) and good for 30 days from date of issue.
For a change, they're actually available in Macys West (Washington, Oregon) which they weren't before.

The general rule for the Macy's savings pass has been at the minimum an out-of-state ID card. I have routinely received the 11% coupon at Macy's Harold Square by flashing my Connecticut DL. This pass is actually valuable because it has very few restrictions. If you're used to newspaper or Macy's Card coupons which exclude the entire store, it's refreshing to get a coupon you can use.
I was visiting Philly with a friend from Austria and at the City Center store they had no problem giving me one of the 11% discount cards as well. (I didn't even ask.) Don't remember having to show my DC license either. They also let me combine it with another discount coupon I had cut out of the newspaper.
Nice thing about the 11% discount card - you can use it on most anything. My friend bought a couple of pairs of Levis jeans - a brand that is usually exempted from the coupons.
Whatever discount one gets from Macy's, keep in mind that a substantial number of items will be exempt. If anyone has ever read one of those ads Macy's places in newspapers, one will see that nearly 1/2 of the items sold in the store are exempt from any sale. Who needs this?
