OP notes USAirways, hence T8; even with pre-check, you could wind up on line for 20 minutes (non, p-c 30 min); checking bags(?). To play it safe 90 minutes.

Yes I do have Pre Check. It took about 45-50 minutes via cab (almost got sick with the driver pumping the gas pedal) there was a little traffic before the airport. I did end up leaving more like 6:45 since I was up. And yes, pre-check was about 15 minutes. Probably the longest I've ever waited for it.
