Just tried the NF1988JAP - $20 discount - 3-5 day (Sat nt req), US locations but it didn't work for me. Could be dead.

I just tried a dummy booking SFO 12/4-12/7 and it worked fine. Using the EC Code 5007125, Base rate went from $94.26 to $74.26 ($20 discount) and Total went from $136.22 to $111.94.

Hi follks,

I'm going to overhaul the coupon codes list on the first post, which is badly in need of an update.

Let me know which codes, besides the expired ones, definitely don't work

all costco codes are dead, since they're no longer participating with National

The NF4861ADM code - Free Weekend Day on a 2-5 day rental might be better if the rate is over $20/day.

Ron.

True. Just wanted to make sure the flat $20 discount was, indeed, working.

You're welcome, let me know of other codes working/non-working.

Fixed formatting, deleted some more expired codes, added some codes from dstan on pg. 16 of this thread.

Here's a direct link to National's own codes:
https://www.nationalcar.com/hotDeals.do

Looks like most of the codes are good thru 12/15/09 or 12/31/09.

Looks like the 2010 Entertainment Book electronic coupons that have 1 free weekend day on a 3-day rental, limit car sizes to full size. Boo, hope that's not the same for their 2010 paper books as well.

I have the 2010 Entertainment Book coupon codes; did anyone get a chance to read the fine print on the back? I think it's different from the 2009 ones, but didn't get a chance to read in detail.

Oh, and would someone mind verifying my 2010 E-Book paper codes? I'm not positive if I have them down correctly...

Have people been using the Car & Driver code 3715444 regularly? I happen to need to rent with an extra driver (not my spouse), and the free extra driver would come in handy. Is any documentation needed? dstan, Sr. is actually a subscriber
