I have tried to keep up the reviews so that we have something to use. Back when he was still writing them, I would try to fill in gaps and write some. I just checked and have 9 so far for MY 2015, though they haven't been added to the master list yet.

I've pondered setting up a similar site, because I don't think it was that site itself that caused the issues, but some related stuff, and that just ended up being a casualty. My problem though is we generally doing rentals monthly, so we just don't get enough cars to make it worth trying to set up. Plus we've tended to gravitate towards similar cars once we found the ones we liked. I've tried to put in a couple reviews for some cars myself in here. Don't know if the ride-report thread has ever been updated recently, at least with that you could find some of the reviews a little easier on here.
