xxxxx, your Emerald Club Executive member kit has arrived.
just received the above titled e-mail for the first time, having being Executive a few years now. Apparently, the kit referred to is electronic. Totally at a loss what new benefit can be derived now, since "kit has arrived"

What "benefit" were you expecting? Your Executive status apparently was renewed; Congrats.

I don't remember receiving same email last year. But then u r right: renewal is not every year, is it? Still don't know the significance of "kit"

I got physical kit this year. So far no electronic one.
