RAP Rapid City, SD NAtional Locaiton questions

SO I'm an Exec Emerald member- I've booked a full size at the RAP airport location for rental March 31-Apr 8- anyone have any inkling as to what kind of vehicle I may get? What the selection/procedure is there as it's a Non EA location? Thanks in advance!

It's counter service only location. Agent will likely list off a few cars you can choose from. I would not expect much above the reserved full size.

Just a tip, double check to make sure your rental has unlimited miles. I've noticed at RAP and several other airports in the region, unlimited miles doesn't always seem to be standard.

Just double checked- unlimited miles yes!

Inclusive Rate Items
(8) Loss damage waiver full Included
(8) Roadside plus Included
(9) Additional Driver Included
Unlimited Miles Included

This time of year should I be getting an SUV in the region? I'm VERY use to driving a car in winter weather though- I am from Nova Scotia, Canada

If you want an SUV, reserve an SUV. If the weather looks bad the SUV classes will likely sell out or command a big premium. Being alert to weather forecasts and changing plans appropriately (staying off the roads until cleared) is a better plan than driving an SUV.
