Apologies for asking a question that has been asked before, but I've not been able to find the thread(s) where I know this has been discussed before.
My wife is a US citizen but has UK residency and a UK license. She will be traveling to the States in 2015, and ahead of that we'd like to set her up with membership of the Emerald Club.
IIRC, there is an email address at National that she can write to... is this still the case?
