Reservation not showing on mobile devices
Hi,
I have a reservation for the long weekend which does not appear on the mobile devices, I get some coupon error. When I try to book again with the same contract ID (AA National Code) and a weekend free day coupon, it does not apply the coupon stating coupon cannot be applied.
Should I contact National to confirm reservation or does such things happen often?

I did receive confirmation email on other reservations and I can view them as well. This is just for one specific reservation which keeps failing.
