Reservation not showing on mobile devices

Reservation not showing on mobile devices

Hi,

I have a reservation for the long weekend which does not appear on the mobile devices, I get some coupon error. When I try to book again with the same contract ID (AA National Code) and a weekend free day coupon, it does not apply the coupon stating coupon cannot be applied.

Should I contact National to confirm reservation or does such things happen often?

It your reservation showing on the website when accessed from a desktop computer?

Yes, it does show on the website under My Itineraries. But it does not even search on the mobile device with the confirmation number. I think its just an issue with the android app but just wanted to confirm if anyone else faced such issue.

I did receive confirmation email on other reservations and I can view them as well. This is just for one specific reservation which keeps failing.
