FYI - The remainder of orders (under my name, shipping address and SPG 'Business' credit card) were shipped yesterday - To date, all 7 orders for 2 boxes of EACH President have now been either received or shipped. (Total $3,500)
Five (5) orders (under husband's name, w/same shipping address and his SPG 'personal' credit card) were 'line cancelled' - Only 2 Presidents (2 boxes each) were shipped. (Total $1,000)
To date that's $4,500 (pts. to SPG accounts) using the same shipping address..........
I'm going to try and re-order - I have no other shipping address I can use - I do have multiple CC accounts and will use different CC #'s.
To date 3 x $2,500 (myself, spouse, and a variant) + 1 x $1,000 (Monroe and Adams on the two days they were available) = $8,500 spread across credit cards. I'll generate another creative variant next week.
With various end-of-year spending incentives I estimate the value of my three trips to the bank with a heavy backpack at approx. $350, with no sign of this going away. I've done worse

Just a thought...........
While this idea is probably mentioned somewhere, I'll put it out there again:
Couldn't you actually buy coins, have them shipped and in turn, have your spouse buy them from you via paypal using a joint account CC? Granted, there will be a small transaction fee, but wouldn't this work?

Wouldn't this work for TC's too?
The fees far outweigh the value of the points earned when you have to pay for a CC transaction. And I believe that selling to a spouse just to launder the money is a violation of the PayPal T&C.
BTW- Just ordered 4 more presidents. My bank doesn't seem to mind me dropping the rolls off every now and then and I actually enjoy spending them in NYC. Plus, by combining 4 presidents into a single shipping charge my total cost per point is lower.

Thanks for the info. I found a Paypal fees calculator and yes, the fees aren't worth it.

Because Jane has an SPG card linked to John's account, she in-turn buys the coins from John via Paypal, thus creating a purchase of $xxx and also earns points, yet John would get the credit because the SPG account is in his name.
As it was mentioned right after my post, this type of transaction is not worth it as the fees to recieve money from someone on Paypal are pretty hefty.
I wonder if cookies are somehow involved in this? I say because I've done 3 orders in the past week (all cancelled), and the cancellation notice from the mint each time contains an ATTN TO: name that I purposely did not include in orders #2 and #3.
Just a thought.
Does the mint take paypal? Otherwise, the other idea was genius.

I noticed something similar regarding the mint sending cancellation notices to an e-mail address NOT used on the order. Mentioned it a few posts ago:
