The boxes arrive with barcode stickers on them. For those of you depositing the coins in the original boxes, do you remove the barcode stickers just in case the U.S. Mint might, upon receiving back a bunch of coins in the original boxes, conclude that they're not being put into circulation and use the barcodes to identify and then cut off the supply to the "guilty" parties?
the stickers stand for what the product is, but to be on the safe side, only takes a few seconds, remove the stickers...

I just noticed the same thing. There used to be a 20 box limit but that's no longer the case. I haven't reached the old limit of 20 boxes so I will have to see what happens after I reorder this next batch. If the limits have been removed that would be fantastic!

I ordered 40 NA on 6/20 and received them on 6/24, no problems, went through like a regular order. Although I did use 4 different branches to make the deposits, I never bury any one branch.

40 Boxes !?!?! That is fantabulous. How many turns do you do a month? Now to look for a card that gives you a bonus for government spend and deposit the coins into an interest bearing checking account

My purpose is to acquire airlines miles. The best card to do that with is the SPG AMEX where you receive a 25% bonus when transferring Starwood points to miles (when you convert 20,000 points). That is far more valuable to me than any bonus or any interest. I deposit my coins and pay the credit card off within days. This was my 1st 40 order, probably won't be my last. I turn quite a few coins.

Yesh I have the SPG card as well. Unfortunately it limits the number of miles you can transfer into each FF account per year. I guess the work around would be to get free tickets from multiple airlines. The interest bearing on the checking account would be very minor but 3 days is 3 days worth.

There's a limit? I never knew that. I've transferred well over 100k points to each of AA US and DL in the past year without issue. What's the limit?
There aren't any yearly limits. There are daily limits (due to technical reasons, I believe), but the work around for that is simply to wait a day.
That's probably what he was confused about. Speaking of which...my 24 hours are up, time to transfer another 60k to US for their 50% summer bonus offer.
Some cards do have an annual limit if you don't have airline status. I think Citi Cards thru AA limit you to 60,000 per year. FYI, I just tried to cancel a Citi AMEX, one of my churning cards, and was offered double miles for purchases for the next 6 months, maximum of 10,000 miles. In Jan. I received 25,000 for opening the card and spending $750. Oh well, I'll just have to keep that card for a little while longer.

Optimize your churn. Get the retention offer before you make your first purchase, done it 3 times now
