Help! Looking for personal website on how to earn miles
Hi,
I'm a new member to this forum but wanted to say that it's been great so far!
Question: I had bookmarked someone's personal website (not webflier.com or frequentflier.com) maybe up to 2 months ago. This person listed perks of all credit cards, mileage programs, and even buying bonds. Does anyone have references to this website (or other websites) as my favorites accidentally got deleted? I believe it was one of your websites!

Go to http://home.earthlink.net/~pgary/TravelFrame.html
Although Gary Steiger is not totally altruistic in maintaining and constantly updating his site, it is one of the best and most inclusive I have found. He also frequently posts on travel and ff miles related sites. BTW, this is a totally unsolicited endorsement.

Addicted to airline miles? Check out: Mileage Workshop --- "You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer." - Frank Zappa (1940-93)

your words ring true yet again...
I did find that some of the links on many sites having tips on airlines miles and gigs are not always updated or working. I once did one using mileageworkshop for delta and something called vehiclesonline and it took about 3 months to get anything. I finally wrote a big letter to delta telling them to watch out for others putting stuff up about them that is not legit.
As for some of these sites, however, they are not selling anything, so why not give em a go if they can get you miles too! BUT yeah, shameless plugs sometimes turn me off too.

If speed is not your thing, distance may as well be. Enjoy and embrace it all!
