Question Government Vacation Rewards

This program sponsored a post on the mommytravels blog. They offer discounts on resorts, cruises, airfare, car rental, and hotels. To qualify for membership you must be Active duty, Retired, Veteran, Military family, Government employee, Civilian contractor, or Service member (Fireman, Law Enforcement, FBI). Does anyone have experience with this program?

Here is a link to the article that the OP mentioned :http://www.mommytravels.net/2017/03/...ation-rewards/

And here is the business in question:

There are some things that you will probably want to know about the Government Vacation Rewards program, since you are asking.

The company does provide travel benefits to Military (past and present), as well as their families, and other forms of government workers and contractors. So if you fit one of those bills, you are eligible for their services.
What that will entitle you to are some initial Travel Savings Credits that you can use towards Cruises, Resorts, and Tours. You will earn additional credits each time you book airline tickets or car rentals, but you cannot apply the credits to flights or rental cars.

There is also another side to the business for people that travel more frequently than your average Joe, and they offer paid memberships. If you are not one who travels frequently stick to their complimentary services, if you DO travel frequently (how frequently is frequent will be up to you) then maybe paying for a membership to get access to more discounts is an idea worth considering.

As far as sites like RipOffReport and those go, all big businesses will have a presence on those sites, and all they do is promote negativity (since it's not like they have an option to leave a compliment to a business on there). It's good that you are doing your research and asking questions first.
