Today (and today only) TopCashback is also offering a prize of 12,500 Avios in our Advent Calendar (I'm not going to post a link as I don't want to breach any rules).
This is in addition to the ongoing free 1250 Avios for all new sign-ups.

Drat, I missed out on that. I'll look out for it next time! By the way, I got a couple of messages from TopCashback saying that they hadn't seen me do any shopping. It's not the case, as I bought a pile of online guides from Lonely Planet. But maybe it takes a while for the cashback to actually track (although it shows in my account).

Is there any time limit for transferring the cashback into Avios, such as 31st December? Just trying to avoid end of year surprises. Amazing how many expiring points and coupons issues I had to deal with!
Concerning payout, for the moment I have entered my BAEC account number. Is it possible to change the payout method, i.e. from BAEC to Avios.com? Presumably you can only have the details for any one payout method listed at any given time.
Lastly, I seem to be enrolled as a Plus member and I don't remember doing that. Is there any way to unsubscribe, or is it better just to remain a Plus member?

I think you can list several payout accounts at once, such as BA, Avios.com, bank account, etc. Then you choose where you want your payout to go when ordering it.
They start everybody at Plus for a 30-day trial. Plus members get a 5% bonus, but TCB keeps the first 5 pounds per year as a fee. You can change to Classic within 30 days of sign-up.

Not sure if a mod can update the title of this thread, but following the disappointing news that TopCashback is ending its 25% bonus to Avios conversions, we also lost this sign up bonus.
HOWEVER, the good news is that after a bit of negotiation, we've managed to agree on a 1050 Avios bonus for new sign ups. Exactly the same terms, so the thread title should ideally change to 1050 Free Avios!

Bonus reverts to 1250 Avios!
For any new sign ups, the position is currently improved -
The absolute minimum that you'll get from InsideFlyer/TopCashback is 1050 Avios via our sign up bonus.
However, we can currently beat that. As TopCashback is running a 25% bonus on payouts to Avios, sign up using this link and you'll get £10 cashback when you spend £10 on TopCashback. This can then be cashed out as 1250 Avios until 20 May 2017, and 1050 Avios thereafter (or £10 if you'd prefer).

I signed up during the £15 bonus and made an e-bay transaction which was later refunded, so I got no TCB on it, but they let me keep the £15. When I tried to transfer to BA Avios, it failed because my BA account does not have a UK address, so I took the £15 into my PayPal instead of changing my BA to a fake UK address.

Sign up bonus increased to 1875 Avios (or £15) up to and including 2 April.
Bear in mind to benefit from thia you only need to spend £10 at any retailer on the site, you don't need to earn £10 in cashback.
