The 1100 points were just removed from my account.
Account Regularization 0 -1100
I haven't stayed at one of their properties for more than 12 months and now my points are reset to 0.

Thank you - this worked like a charm. 1,100 points are back in my account. ^ Bonus - my account expiration has been extended to 12/18/2016.

Just got same. I did not create a duplicate account but I did setup (or try to setup) automatic transfer-- though I thought it didn't work because it mentioned a minimum of 3,000 points.
12/17/2015 Account Regularization 0 -1100
So: Does that mean points are on the way to airline or does that mean Accor zeroed me out and I need to call and try to get them to give them back?

Just what is the point of making a promotion like that then yanking the points away? It really drive me to consider Accor for upcoming hotel stays, as I need to diversify. So what number did you call? The one that comes up on the Swiss page is a free (0800) number for Customer Service.
Well, having tried it, it is a disconnected non valid number. Think I'll stick with the hotel chains I already work with, this looks rubbishy.
EDIT Just tried calling the French number listed in the site, which states that it is 24/24 7/7, and it is closed (both the English and French lines).

Like YYZess, my last earning was Nov. 2013 & last activity was in June 2014: Auto- transfer to Iberia. This Mission promo did not change my Nov. 2014 expiry date, so my 1100 points were "regularized" out today. So I phoned on Mon. 21 Dec. as YYZess did & was given them back as a "courtesy adjustment." Now it's barely Dec. 22 & they're already on their way to Iberia and both chunks count toward my Silver status !

I called the US phone number from their website. Took about 15 minutes to sort out and get the points reinstated. Looks like they have weekly sweep and automatically zero out if no stays in two years. So I guess even the activity from the promo a few days ago doesn't reset the account. But they put mine back and now I will try again to make Avios out of them. If it doesn't work I give up. Nice to get something for nothing and not complaining but at a certain point not worth the effort.

I called the French number today and got someone who, while pleasant, was awkward in English and couldn't speak French at all (amazing for a French company!). I was told there was a technical problem that hasn't yet been resolved and was given a case file number. Maybe I'll try the American number in a moment. Getting to be a bit of waste of time, though, isn't it?
