Not sure why I only received 1,000 miles. I haven't had a chance to research yet.

UPDATE: Looks like it was a 'glitch'. Here is the response I got.
"We have identified a problem with the system that affected some customers of this promotion and are working to fix it. You should have the full 2,000 miles before the 6 week term mentioned in the promotion. Sorry for the confusion!"

I also had only 1000 miles post to my account yesterday. I guess I will send them an email as well, but good to see that they know about the problem.

I emailed Next Issue, who confirmed the same glitch. The additional 1k points posted to my account last night, so everything is settled. Time to cancel now.

I signed up for this - they allow up to 5 devices, so i figured i'd share with my family as i actually do read several of the magazines they have. iphone app has been fine - no issues. the ipad app has crashed 4 times on me already. not sure it'll be worth keeping after the 2k miles post..
