Visit the contest entry website here, and fill out the form at bottom of the page to earn 350 free AAdvantage miles. Then, score another 350 miles for free by sharing your dream vacation on Facebook, Twitter, or by email. It’s as simple as that!
but at least that pushed me over 15K miles , not sure what I can do with it being ex-YYZ
I'm not alone on just 350

The miles are now posting, so log into your account and check to see that you’ve been credited properly. Interestingly enough, my 350 miles posted for completing the form, but my 350 social share miles did not. Luckily, I took a screenshot of the post and will reach out to American to recover those.

Contact them and let them know you are missing the miles. Look back on your social media feed and take a screen-shot of the share to include with your inquiry.

AC Conversion Card
CIBC has come out with a new prepaid card with the ability to store multiple currencies (https://acconversion.cibc.com/cholde...welcome.action). Pretty crappy card for it's intended purpose, IMHO.
However, it seems to have free-free ATM withdrawals at CIBC ATMs. It does allow CC deposits (https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/aR...l-djDw=h900-rw), although it's not clear if there are any fees for deposits, although I would assume not.
May be a good option for MS, until they eventually shut it down

2.5% Conversion fee kills the whole reason for this card.
Let's not forget that the Amazon.ca card also nets 1% cash back
So you are already in the hole 3.5%
Activation fee $5.95
$3000 daily spend limit? Hotel bills and dive tabs can easily exceed $3K.
The ATM fee's I'm not sure about but they do seem high.
If you want security simply carry multiple credit card types (V, MC ,AMEX). I would guess this is the main reason for the card?

Did anyone receive the additional 40K Best Western points from the 60K promo that ended in July after spending $2000?
I am being told by a rep at MBNA that such promo never existed
I have a URL and screenshot but no way to provide the rep over the phone
