So am I right in thinking that this is now churnable every 12 months? I've had it before about 3 years ago, but it seems the terms are pretty iron-clad that I should get the welcome bonus.

Yes, my chase cards and citibank are over 20K each. Is this the reason why?
Did you ever have a financial review from Amex? If your accounts are selected and you cancel all of your cards instead of sending in your 4056T, you might be flagged in their system. If that hasn't happened, I'm not sure why exactly unless it is to just simply verify your information. As far as your limits are concerned, the only way they might come into play is if they do not match up with your reported income.

I've applied for both a personal and a business Amex at the same time and haven't had a problem with both of them getting approved. Although, they weren't both Starwood cards.

i applied for both personal & spg biz with 2bm, the personal got pending but biz got instant approval. so then i closed the browser to apply for another cards like citi TY and boa virgin atlantic. I called amex to find out what happened about my spg personal app and they had ZERO info on that app, says there is not one. online status check shows nothing other than approval for spg biz. no email about approval, review or anything. I applied last night and it it 6 am in morning. I am worried. if i reapply for it, it might be another hardpull?
Is this the highest offer they have had? I seem to recall a 50k offer but maybe it was targeted or I could be mistaken. I know the 25k was around a long time and now 30k
is it possible to refer to the Biz version of the card? My amex account says I'm not eligible to refer (I searched for refer in their search box). Anyone have a link to the page which lets me refer?

Anyone have any idea when this offer might expire? I was planning my next App-o-rama around mid-September (90 days since my last). Should I go ahead and just take this offer or try to wait? If I take the offer now will it negatively affect my App-o-rama? (I wasn't planning on doing any more Amex apps)
I'd really like the SPG miles so that I could transfer to airlines as I'm having trouble getting enough miles on any one airline to do an international first class trip.
