I rarely fly ST, but did match myself to China Airlines Emerald in May. Never recieved the card, reissued in july - still no card, so I contacted them via e-mail and supposedly a third card is on its way.
But I think adding the card to the booking and bringing the print-out should be sufficient. At least I hope so. Flying OSL-AMS-CDG and CDG-OSL the next week, in addition to KLM/DL IC in september.

Anyone know if Delta's will do a status challenge/match for US Airways gold. Their website only states United, American for status matches.

It would be a status challenge. From my understanding is you can still get Delta silver or gold if you don't fly enough. My only confusion is it doesn't state anything specific about US Airways status.

Like it says above, it would be a challenge, not a match with DL. You could do a challenge to Plat status. AFAIK, there is no match/challenge to Diamond regardless how many miles you fly. Sorry, don't have the link for AA.
