If you're in the US look at the credit and debit card partners. There's a good Fidelity brokerage offer at the moment that nets 25k AA miles.

This is useful for reference:

Here they are again, without the airport codes:

Asheville, NC - Dallas, TX
Augusta, GA - Dallas, TX
Cheyenne, WY - Dallas, TX
Myrtle Beach, SC - Dallas, TX
Fayetteville, NC - Dallas, TX

Lexington, KY - Chicago, IL
Charleston, WV - - Chicago, IL
Tri-cities, TN - Chicago, IL
Sioux Falls, SD FS- Chicago, IL
Harrisburg, PA - Chicago, IL
Allentown, PA - Chicago, IL
Rapid City, SD - Chicago, IL
Scranton/Wilkes Barre, PA - Chicago, IL
Fargo, ND - Chicago, IL
Beijing, China - Chicago, IL

Treasure Cay, Bahamas TC- Miami, FL
Eleuthera, Bahamas - Miamk, FL

ALL of those city pairs (new AA routes) have non-stops between them by June this year.

No. You need to fly AA ORD-PEK-ORD, it does not matter where you start and end. DFW-ORD-PEK-ORD-DFW would qualify just as well. AA only flies to PEK from ORD - that is why you obviously need to fly ORD-PEK-ORD.

Yes. All of these are new routes, and you need to fly a flight to and from 10 different qualifying cities.

The only way they could be combined would be the way I suggested.
Based on years of experience with previous AA promos, so long as you fly the 10 RTs it does not matter if they are part of larger fare constructions.

By flying the following, you have the 10 RTs AA's computer system will look for:

ORD-LEX-ORD-MIA-ELH
ELH-MIA
-ORD-CRW-ORD

ORD-TRI-ORD-MIA-TCB
TCB-MIA
-ORD

ORD-MDT-ORD-ABE-ORD-PEK
PEK-ORD
-FAR-ORD-FSD-ORD

Those with advanced fare understanding and experience will know that MPM fares allow any routing and often can used to backtrack with AA. Some reservation systems will price the ten above roundtrips but only charge for ORD-ELH roundtrip, ORD-TCB roundtrip, and ORD-PEK roundtrip when you fly my suggested itineraries.

Pricing the above (inexpensively) is not for beginners.

Several years of pricing complex mileage runs and a good understanding of fare rules and required inventory may be needed for success.

There are easier ways of getting 100,000 AA miles from flying but the above would require the lest amount of time actually on planes.

thanks. i already signed up. i am thinking of signing up for the td bank account for another 25k miles but my understanding is that you have to keep at least 2500 in the account for 6 months and cannot just churn money through. any other suggestions?

Congrats, makes me wonder if you were out of STL or one of the DEQM/Triple miles cities how many EQM / RDM you would have something like 50K EQM / 170k miles. Tempting but a pretty big time sink. If you went to PEK you might make E-plat with this sillyness tho.

Congrats, InPlaneSight! This got such little play on FT I figured I might have been the only one doing it. I realized going in it wasn't very cost effective, but I have the $ and the time this year, so why not. I just did #9 today, straight turn DFW-CSG. #10 next Wednesday, just under the wire, DFW-CYS. Mine was this way:

DFW-RAP $311 1,688EQM 5,004RDM*
DFW-FSD $256 2,604EQM 7,812RDM*
DFW-ORD-MDT-ORD-DFW $277 2,792EQM 5,584RDM*
DFW-FAR $300 2,714EQM 5,428RDM*
DFW-FAY $269 2,096EQM 6,288RDM*
DFW-AGS $224 1,662EQM 4,986RDM*
DFW-ORD-AVP-ORD-DFW $296 2,862EQM 5,724RDM**
DFW-ORD-ABE-ORD-DFW $270 2,908EQM 5,816RDM*
DFW-CSG $198 1,406EQM 4,218RDM*
DFW-CSY-DFW $264 1,433EQM 4,266RDM*

*Including PLT and New City Bonus Miles
**Missed connection at ORD for AVP. Asked for and received ORC, (Thanks FT!) AND, got an e-voucher for the entire fare because the AAngel at ORD coded it as a "trip in vain" while trying to get me back home. As a bonus, I didn't have to go to AVP!

I know a lot of FTer's don't include bonus miles when figuring cpm, but I look at it as, I still earned them so I include them. This was more of a Summer diversion for me than cheapest MR possible anyway.

AI., $2,665 {less e-voucher of $296}, ~$350 for three PL cheapo hotels for overnights, airport parking, tips, etc. I don't count meals because I'd have to eat at home anyway. All told comes to $2,719. 22,165EQM, 155,126RDM,
or $0.12cpeqm, $.018cprdm.

Congrats on your achievements also. American Eagle has some really friendly flight attendants. However, take caution at CYS. There are no jet bridges there and when we got off the plane, we were directed inside the very small terminal, but it was OUTSIDE security. Being outside security is not great, and security was CLOSED and no one was at the ticket counter! I literally had find an office and track down someone to open security so I could go back through to the gate. They got an attitude about it and questioned why I was outside security. It all worked out though.

Congrats, but did the terms require 10 different RTs?

Why not just do the cheapest one ten times? That also would have scored you the SWU from the FTer who challenged us all to pull it off under $2000.

Terms and Conditions
"To qualify, each round-trip must be flown to/from a different eligible city. Multiple round-trips flown to or from the same city will count as one trip for the purpose of this promotion. "

Also, I don't need the SWU - I let some expire each year.

Hopefully they don't mean that, since I count 10 different round trips from MCI.
