I have a different problem:L H says that I was on board of a flight, and I was not...Perhaps I will show them, that I do not have the business card of my not existent seat neighbour...
Did you get miles for that virtual flight?

I'm also having the ' not on the passenger list' problem with LH. I was one of the passengers stranded in Bangkok. After a 12hour bus journey(arranged by LH) to Phuket an 8hour wait on the airport I finally boarded my flight to Frankfurt. I would love to know who was sitting in seat 44c for the following 11hours. I was credited for over 5000 miles for the outgoing journey. Maybe I should apply for a refund if I wasn't on the plane.

I have also had the 'not on passenger list'-problem for two LH operated flights ex-Sweden. I was credited the miles after sending in BPs and in one case one phone call, in the other case two phone calls. In the second case I was actually awarded 50% extra miles for that flight .
Hey!! Just as I was going to call M&M, I checked my balance just in case, and there were the miles! And not just the 3712 as per both flights, but also 50% more of the My Miles Promo. Not so Miles Deluxe, which should have yielded 5000 miles more, but well, I wasn't targeted, I can't complain.
It looks like the M&M staff just let the computer do the work first, and only read the actual mail after a long while...
Anyway, let's all enjoy our award flights. Some miles end up being really hard to get!
Yes, but as it is a expensive ticket, I want to get the money back. No answer from LH so far.
Interesting - I had the same issue back then with a paper ticket RTW on which I kept changing the travel date EU-Asia several times and each times, I got the miles and then the complaint that I could not change the dates as I already flew the sector.
Always had to come in and show the ticket to have the mistake corrected...
