Ticket Service Charge

I was pricing an itinerary on lufthansa.com tonight when I realized that the final fare shows a USD100 "Ticket Service Charge" in business; in economy the charge was $50. This is all on LH Israel, with or without login. I've never seen it before: is it a new enhancement for the new year?

A quick check shows that the fee goes up to $150/100 for flights to North America.
