HON Circle card holders are allowed to enter ALL THE LOUNGES even if travelling other carriers. Only for First class terminal they need BP and ticket for an LH LX OS or EN flight.
Senator card holders, with a valid Star Alliance or LH Partner carrier boarding pass, are entitled to access:

Other First Class Traveller are welcomed in the lounges and they are entitled to take ONE GUEST with them.
Biz Class Traveller (LH pax too!) and Frequent TraveLlers are NOT ALLOWED to take GUESTS in the lounges.
