My 'Topclass' miles posted today. 8K miles. I'll take it.
Complained about my Hilton Promo miles where I only received 8k vs. the 15K (or 12.5K if you count out the 500mls per night received already). Faxed 4 weeks ago and not the slightest beep from Verl so far. Will fax again and bi*ch about it.

Multiple enrollments in the drawing are cancelled now !
I think this is the first time I have seen a proper accounting for miles removed from the account. Previously wouldn't the original entries just disappear?

I agree - this is the *proper* way for a forensic accounting of entries and deductions!

I have some cancellations "Storno", when they charged me the wrong booking class.

yep, my "top class" miles posted as well, though "only" 6K..
moreover, i received a new target, called "miles on tour". however, 4K for five international roundtrips between 01/10 and 31/12 doesn't sound too attractive..
