I got them toghether with the regular miles. Did you sign up for the promotion? I am sure you did so probably you should contact M&M.

finally they posted as "Therefore xxx miles" a few days after the regular miles did, but now they seem to have posted together. All is Ok.

as much as i would like the 10.000 miles, i think it is more fair to direct you towards this:

until end of august you will get a signup bonus of 15.000 miles which is considerably more than the 3.000 you would get otherwiese, right?

Here is the original enrollment link.

As per FAQ (search word 'Membergets Member' w space error) there is no referral bonus available anymore. However, the referral form can be found here.
