First they dish out miles and when people actually cash them in LH complains. Looks like they have an accounting problem in the valuation of those miles handed out versus redemptions !?

I really hate that they always complain about people using their mileage for flight bookings. Especially in F. It is nothing new.
And then at check-in, nowadays I get asked if I wanna upgrade with mileage since I have so many of them. Which I always decline since in the end, they give it to you for free due to the massive over-booking at the moment.
Yesterday in FRA when I was picking up my new boarding pass and the guy next to me with clearly an X award ticket (and being SEN) got bumped into C.
The mileage with LH post pretty fast these days. So my HON qualifying flight was LH492 on 30th of July and at the end of 31st of July, the mileage was already posted. However my new status is under review now and the fancy status bar from the Miles&More website looks funny.
I am not sure what they wanna review here and I can't remember if the same happened when I became SEN.
The funniest part with that flight was that they had three names on the board for the HON arrival service. Mine was obviously not on it, but I was the only one who got a nice op-up into 1K. Thank you LH.

It would have been nice effort if LH would have managed that, but honestly I didn't expect it at all. However it was way better that I didn't had to wait for the three other HON. We arrived at the same time with another jumbo and I just reached immigration before them. So it took me altogether less than 15 minutes and I was out of the airport.
Now I am enjoying sunny Vancouver for the next month. Still curious if LH makes any effort to get me the new card before my departure. Or if they just send it to my home address in Germany and don't bother at all.

My post count has increased exponentially since DL put in the wifi on almost every airplane (and gave some of us a few months free as an introduction).
