I have a little question which is not worth a separate thread:
A flight was not credited to my account and I just wanted to use the online form on the M&M homepage. But there's a problem, I have a LH etkt number (220xxxxx) but an OS flight number so I can't use neither LH nor OS online form.

Do you have a LH codeshare number ? Then you can enter this flight number online.
You received already your status after your Y LAN RTW ?
yes -everything went very smoothly. i didnot even get a new membership number. since being confirmed as ow saphire i could automatically preselect my seats on the ba.com website. my boarding pass has saphire status printed on ... although my membership card has not arrived yet but who needs such a card when the number itself opens the door.

I had the same problem with LX once, and just submitted it twice - once with the wrong eticket prefix and once with the wrong airline code. And I think it worked.
