Since a friend of mine urgently needs extra miles: Is this promo also available for referrals? Also, how long does it usually take untill you get the miles?
I orderd the 92€ Welt and Welt am Sonntag deal a while ago; they said that the fastest way was to pay by the automatic debit transfer system which is apparently done on the 23rd the next time; the miles should be on your account some 10 days later. If you liked to go for it, you should order asap. If you asked them for an invoice, it takes much longer they said.
