There is no need to contact them:

New targeted promo American Special

Promo "American Special" (01.04.-31.08.) NEW on 03.04.
http://lufthansa.ruk1.net/servlet/ca...03P08&SLTYPE=1
With LH via FRA/DUS/MUC to USA gives you 5.000/10.000 miles in Y/C per flight/return flight (?)

It becomes not clear from the german text, whether these are 5.000/10.000 per return flight or per leg:
Quote:
Fliegen Sie mit Lufthansa zu folgenden Zielorten und sammeln Sie dabei auf jedem Hin- und Rückflug 5.000 Prämienmeilen in der Economy Class und 10.000 Prämienmeilen in der Business oder First Class.

I did not get it so far (hope that I will, because it sounds interesting, otherwise I just need to try it without being targeted) so I can't look it up myself. If I remember former promotions it was always written in the fineprint whether they give you the miles per roundtrip or per segment. So if there is nothing written in the fineprint I'd say that apply to every segment (maybe I am just dreaming).

From my understanding, I would say return, because otherwhise they would have worded it differently.

Question Ball Promotion Question

Hi All!

Maybe someone can help me. It is not clear to me from the text of the ball promotion if your final destination / origin has to be FRA or if you just have to fly through...

I have an upcoming trip to CPH while I would rather have one ticket xFRA since it is cheaper, it might be worth the $100 investment to get the extra 5000 (+1,500 for transfer in ZRH as non stop is more expensive) status miles (I think).

All information I have about this promo is given in the post 12 to 15 of this thread, especially note post 14! It is not sure, which routes are eligible for this promo.

Summary of all M&M promos
Sorry about that - I should have been more specific... I tried calling the M&M center in SA that serves Israel, but there's no answer and I think that they work according to the Israel work week - Sun-Thurs...

I am flying from Tel Aviv to Copenhagen. I was planning to take the evening flight on the 7th of May and overnight in Frankfurt. So my options are like this:

One ticket:
LH 07 May TLV-FRA
LH 08 May FRA-CPH
LH 10May CPH-FRA-TLV

Two tickets:
LH 07 May TLV-FRA
LH 10 May FRA-TLV

LX 08 May FRA-ZRH-CPH
LX 10 May CPH-ZRH-FRA

I would rather have 1 ticket and + 5000 miles, but if that's not possible I'll take two tickets and + 6500 miles

I don't think, that they can answer questions about M&M promotions

When 2035 posted this promo, he/she stated that all segments TLV-FRA count. That means for me that you will get the promo-miles nonwithstanding the connecting flight. Thus, both options should be fine for the bonus!

The only promo I know which requires you to go via FRA/MUC is "American Special". However, in this promo this requirement was stated very clearly.

BTW, don't forget to sign up for the etix-promos, if you fly on an etix

250 per segment, up to 8 LH flight numbers operated by LH, only etix from Southeast Europe, Africa, Milddle East, Pakistan
I've updated this entry. The two link lead to the same promo, which is only for etix from the specified areas.
That's the reason, why I did not receive any etix-miles for my last flights
